My sister and me are huge fans of the show biggest losser. Tammy found this incrediblw web sight for wieght loss where you get put on a team and compete against other teams to loose wieght. I have only been doing it for three days I found everyone to be really supportive plus it keeps you on track having to tell everyone what you ate that day. I posted the website if anyone wants to check it out. I know this time of year many wieght goals are made, and I think that this will be fun way to do it together.

Christmas
Kaitlyn loved her mosaic model clay. She's getting to be at that difficult age where I don't know to buy toys or what. This year we bought some crafts.

Reagan is in train heaven. It's great he's working on his letters while playing, I have already seen him starting to name more letters than what he lets on that he knows.

Kaitlyn's Performance
Kaitlyn was in the church play this past weekend. Friday night my family came and we had a wonderful time together. As I mentioned in my previous post that this was going to be hard with my dad gone. Saturday night I went to play alone and there was an empty seat beside me, and I swear it was like my dad was there. There were different parts of the play where I could almost hear him like "Wouldn't this prop make a pretty card" or "wow have you ever thought of that" and stuff like that. After the play I was talking to a friend when our children's Pastor came up to tell Kaitlyn what a nice job she did and how he bets someone very special was watching her from Heaven. On the way to the car Kaitlyn asked me if I really thought Papa was watching and I asked her what she thought she said yes and he was saying "Way to go Kaite-Bug" (only my dad calls her Katie-Bug it was special between the two of them) Thank you so much for all your support and prayers. It really means a lot.

a tough time
Every year my church puts on this Christmas musical. Me and my Dad would go to this every year and have dinner together. It was my favorite part of the Christmas Season. It was a time that we could be together just us. He died two years ago this February. Last year I didn't go because it was just too rough him not being here and I cried every time they advertised. I didn't plan on going this year either, but Kaitlyn's choir teacher asked if she wanted to particitpate in it. Tonight I'm going with my family and I'm glad they're going, but I miss my dad and I wish he was here. Do you think people can see their loved ones from heaven? To make matters worse my husband is going through a hard time and I feel like I have to be there for him when in the inside I'm falling apart, but having to be brave on the outside. Please pray for our family and our marriage.

Reagan singing
Reagan learned this really cute turkey song, but wouldn't let anyone hear him sing. Tonight I bribed him with M&M's to sing it. He also is singing his clean up song. I love his teacher for teaching him this when he won't clean up at home we start singing this and he joins in and cleans up.

Gingerbread Disaster
If you read my previous post you know how hard we worked on the gingerbread house. If not go back and read that post first so you can feel my frustration. I came home tonight and had an awful day at work. I can't stand working with people that don't pull their share. So I'm already frustrated and I walked into this.
My brother-in-law came over with his son today, and Kailtyn & Bradley decided to eat our gingerbread house. All our hard work and I had the perfect spot to display it until the little wrecking crew went to work.(sigh)
Before I went to work.

Gingerbread Houses
Tonight we made our very first gingerbread house. I have a whole new appreciation for the people that make these. It was the most frustrating thing I have ever done. The house would not stay together at all. I kept trying everything we finally decided to super glue it together but couldn't find the glue. I was talking to the house and saying please just stay together and Kaitlyn says mom why are you talking to the gingerbread house I told her because I was a little crazy she just said oh. We finally did it though, but it has no roof Reagan thought that was weird so he's going to tell everyone that we decided to install an invisible roof.
